Thomas A. Finelli

Thomas Finelli was named Vice President - Purchasing and Supplier Quality, FCA - North America in August 2014. He is responsible for all purchasing and supplier quality activities, including both product-related components and indirect suppliers and services.

Previously, he held the position of Director, Global Standardization for Purchasing in 2013. In this role, he was responsible for leading the development and implementation of standardization plans, to ensure cross-regional component standardization with the objective to drive cost competitiveness on common parts solutions within and across vehicle architectures.

Prior to that, he was appointed Global Head of Electrical Components, Group Purchasing in 2011. In this position he was responsible for electrical component purchasing activities for all Fiat Chrysler Automobiles N.V. (formerly Fiat S.p.A.) brands and FCA US LLC (formerly Chrysler Group LLC) brands worldwide.

Finelli joined the Company in 1995 as an engineer responsible for Truck Safety Systems. His professional and academic background also includes:
