Robert (Rob) H. Kurnick, Jr. is the Vice Chairman of Penske Corporation and President of Penske Automotive Group, Inc. In addition to his appointment as Vice Chairman of Penske Corporation in 2017, Kurnick served as the President of Penske Corporation since 2003 and President for Penske Automotive Group since April 2008.

Kurnick has held various positions within the Penske organization since he joined the Company in 1995. In addition to his corporate responsibilities, Kurnick serves on the Board of Directors for Penske Corporation and Penske Automotive Group. Kurnick also serves on the Executive Committee of each of these Boards.

In addition, Kurnick serves on the Board of Trustees for Academy of the Sacred Heart in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan and Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan.
