Kathy manages a global organization to deliver comprehensive platforms for Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) and Autonomous Driving (AD) solutions. She leads a team that is developing in-car platforms needed to create increasingly sophisticated solutions for highly autonomous driving needs, is aligning the breadth of Intel’s assets with those of recently acquired Mobileye to deliver end-to-end solutions for fully autonomous driving, and is leading Intel’s efforts to build out its autonomous fleet. Kathy is seen as an expert in the field and has shared how autonomous driving is changing the automotive industry as a keynote speaker at SemiCon West and Eliv as well as a panelist on CNET at CES. Kathy was also recognized by EETimes as part of its Women in Tech: 25 Profiles in Persistence in 2017.

Prior to joining Intel, Kathy led automated driving efforts, global new-growth strategies for embedded and aftermarket software products, and cloud-based automotive and consumer services at Delphi Electronics & Safety. She was named as one of Automotive News’ Top 100 Impactful Women in the Automotive Industry, she and her team won numerous awards, such as the Edison Award for Innovation, Popular Mechanics Best, and USA Today’s Readers’ Choice for Road Trippers. And in April of 2015, she developed and executed the first-ever, record-breaking cross-country drive by an autonomous vehicle. Prior to Delphi, Kathy spent many years at Motorola where she led their mass market Android smart phone business encompassing all aspects of product lifecycle management including software, hardware, service plans and 3rd party applications.
